The below terms and conditions and Account Registration Form, comprise a legally binding agreement between you and Premium Tradings Agency.

We may need to change the Terms and Conditions from time to time for different reasons (including compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and regulatory requirements). The updated service terms are published on the “Terms and Conditions” page of our website.

In addition, a personal notification will be sent to you via the website. If any change is unacceptable to you, you should cease using the Website and/or close your account. If, however, you continue to use the Website after the date on which the changes to the Terms come into effect, you will be deemed to have accepted those changes.

  1. Membership
  1. You must be over 18 years old
  2. PremiumTradings has the right to request documents in order to verify your identity. We shall be entitled to suspend your account upon those checks until all are completed to our satisfaction. Note that the KYC process is ongoing throughout your entire membership with us, and additional documents and information may be required by us or by the sportsbook/exchange itself at later stages as well. If we discover that you have provided untruthful information or conducted fraud activity, the company reserves the right to forfeit the available funds in all betting accounts under the related Profiles.
  3. You are solely responsible for reporting any and all winnings to the proper authorities if you reside in a jurisdiction where such winnings are taxable. The company shall not in any way be liable for the Customer's failure to do so.
  4. It is your responsibility to ensure that the account and register e-mail/Skype access information remains confidential at all times and you shall be fully responsible for any misuse and/or unauthorized disclosure of account access information to any third party.
  5. It is your responsibility to ensure that your personal details, as provided when you registered, are kept up-to-date with PremiumTradings records, especially country, address, telephone number and payment/bank details.
  6. PremiumTradings reserves the right to terminate access to accounts, prohibit further betting and redeem all funds at any time without notice to the player, at our sole and absolute discretion.
  7. Not all of the customers’ applications are approved by us. In case the application was rejected, this agreement is invalid, and there will be no mutual demands between the company and the customer.
  8. You are only allowed to register one Profile with the PremiumTradings service (except those authorized and approved by PremiumTradings in advance). The company reserves the right to suspend or to immediate close your profile on its sole discretion and forfeit the available funds in all betting accounts under the related Profiles, if it is found that you have multiple Profiles registered with us.
  9. You shall not allow (either intentionally or unintentionally) any third party (except those authorized by the Company in advance) including any persons under the age of 18 to use your Account, password or identity to access or use the Services. The company reserves the right to suspend or to immediate close your profile on its sole discretion and forfeit the available funds in all betting accounts under the related Profiles.
  10. You must not be restricted by limited legal capacity.
  11. It is the customers' responsibility to ensure compliance with local or national applicable laws before registering. PremiumTradings does not accept any responsibility for any customers' breach of any applicable local or national laws.
  12. If customer's account is “inactive” for 3 consecutive months or more, PremiumTradings reserves the right to apply on them an administrative fee of 5% of the account’s current balance on a monthly basis for each of their betting accounts. An account shall be deemed as “inactive” if during 3 consecutive months there was no bet placed in the account/s or no successful deposit for crediting the account was performed.
  13. By placing the first bet in the provided account/s, you deemed as instantly accepting the service Terms and Conditions.
  14. PremiumTradings reserves the right to change and update the stated Terms and Conditions. In spite of the care brought to our registration forms and updates notifications, it is customer’s responsibility to follow them on the official PremiumTradings website.
  15. The reference language of the present Terms and Conditions is English. In spite of the care brought to our translations, in case of any discrepancy between the meanings of any translated versions of these Terms and Conditions and the English language version, the meaning of the English language version shall prevail.
  1. Agents

In addition to all T&Cs stated above:

  1. You need to have at least 5 active players each month starting two months after opening an agent account.
  2. The minimum amount for agent’s account to be opened is 10,000 EUR or the equivalent in any other operating currency.
  3. Settlements are performed every Monday.
  4. You are the only one responsible for your players' activity and payments. We are not responsible for your customers' payment. We are only responsible to have settlements with you. The correspondence with your clients shall be done only by you.
  5. Agent can win up to EUR200,000 (or equivalent in other currencies) per agent code per day, and EUR1,000,000 per week, all according to the sportsbook time zone (for removal of any doubt, player's limits, as detailed on chapter "Finance" clause 7 shall be valid for agent's players as well). Any additional winning amount will be redeemed by the company.
  6. You get commissions according to the customers' turnover that is under the company position taking (“PT”) which you didn’t take. (e.g. if you take 30% PT on 1000 € bet you will get commissions for 700 € turnover)
  7. The agent can always change his PT (up to the defined PT level). The calculation will be determined by the defined PT at the moment of placing the bet.
  8. All players rules, listed in this "T&C" hereunder shall be valid for players who got account via intermediate agent.
  1. Betting
  1. You are aware of the possible risk in losing money as a result of using our betting services.
  2. All bets settlements are done by the sportsbooks themselves. PremiumTradings cannot affect any sportsbook/agent decision, including rejected bets, voided bets, cancelled events, disputes in settlements which lead to not granted balance or mistakes in game results. PremiumTradings shall not, in any case, be liable for any unpaid balance which a sportsbook/agent refuses to settle for any reason. 
  3. Since there might be differences in betting rules between each sportsbook, the rules which apply in the sportsbook where the bet was placed in, are the in force betting rules for this bet. It is your responsibility to check each site’s betting rules.
  4. Voided, refunded, or cancelled bets, will not be counted towards the qualifying requirements for the cashback or bonus promotions.
  5. Finance

This section refers to the general financial conditions of the service; we reserve the right to apply different prices for specific customers. In that case, such customers will receive their conditions on a dedicated form which prevails the online “Finance” section.

  1. We allow one free withdrawal per calendric month. Every further withdrawal per this period is going to be charged with 1% fee.
  2. The minimum withdrawal amount using bank wire is 500€. There is an applied 3% fee over the withdrawal value with minimum 50€ per bank transaction hit. It is the customer's responsibility to check the fee rate which is charged by his bank.
  3. If a customer is not using Bank wire to deposit amounts bigger than 25 000 Euro, PremiumTradings reserves the right to apply a charge of 3%.
  4. Fees for Deposits - 3% over the amount of the deposit. 
  5. All initial deposits up to €1000 are free of charge via E-wallet.
  6. In case you decide to close your betting accounts for any reason or make a full/partial withdrawal of your available funds, you need to make sure you have accumulated a total activity of at least 10 times the amount of each of your deposits, besides the initial one which is 20 times required. Otherwise, PremiumTradings reserves the right to charge you with an administrative fee which varies between 3-10% of the deposit amount.
  7. Unless otherwise is defined, a customer, either registered directly to Premiumtradings service or via intermediate agent, can win up to EUR50,000 (or equivalent in other currencies) per day or EUR250,000 per week, all according to the sportsbook time zone, in any of the betting accounts (excluding Skype/Tool betting and exchanges). Any additional winning amount will be redeemed by the company.
  8. In case you decide to make a full/partial withdrawal of your available funds without having played with them at all, PremiumTradings reserves the right to apply an administrative fee of 20% of your available funds along with an account closure fee of 1% of the aforementioned funds.
  9. In case you decide to make a full/partial withdrawal of your available funds after you first ever deposit, you need to make sure you have accumulated a total activity of at least 20 times the amount of that deposit. Otherwise, PremiumTradings reserves the right to charge you with the deposit fees cost of 10% of your first deposit amount. Each additional deposit have to be accumulated 10 times the amount of each. 
  10. It is your obligation to cover any negative balance which might cause a risk of unpaid debt to the company, occurred due to, but not limited to, a mistake in settling bet/s by a bookie's trading department or negative betting balance higher than the safe deposit performed by you. If such negative balance is not covered within 24 hours, PremiumTradings reserves the right to take any action in order to cover it. Such actions might include taking funds from another betting account used by the player, redeeming funds from accounts which were used to fund the account, terminating any service provided by PremiumTradings and notifying the processing company for such debt.
  11. Each top up of a casino account is counted as a deposit towards the casino account. The casino rollover requirement is 30 times upon each deposit. Unless this condition is fulfilled, no funds can be released of the account, including the top up. There is up to 3 days release time upon withdrawal/transfer requests once the account is eligible for it. In case a player wants to close his casino account, it will be done after an additional confirmation provided by the player and the response time on our side is 24 hours. PremiumTradings and the website provider reserve the right to review records and accounts’ logs whenever it deems necessary. Should it become clear as a result to these reviews that the player used  a non-recreational play type, or the players are colluding and thereby distorting the game play, or are in any manner not complying with these terms and conditions, the company will cancel all withdrawals and all funds will be revoked. We reserve the right to suspend and/or close any accounts. All other PremiumTradings and website rules apply as well.
  12. The settlement currency (also referred to as payment currency) is EUR. The transaction currency of the player (e.g. GBP, USD, AUD etc.), multiplied by the exchange rate in EUR (displayed on www.premiumtradings.com) will indicate the settlement currency for the transaction. The pay-outs are executed in EUR with a weekly payout amount up to EUR10,000 per customer's profile. PremiumTradings will not be held liable for any delays/cancellations in payment processing caused by the payment providers or the bookmaker/agent providers.
  13. In case a customer wishes to perform a transfer of funds from their account to another customer’s account, while the former has had no activity, then PremiumTradings reserves the right to apply on the account in question an administrative fee of 10% of the account’s available funds.
  14. In case a customer wishes to perform a transfer of funds from their account to another customer’s account, while the former has made no turnover, then PremiumTradings reserves the right to apply on the account in question  an administrative fee of 3-10% of the account’s available funds.
  15. In case you decide to close your betting accounts for any reason PremiumTradings will charge you with an administrative service termination fee of 1 % over the amount.
  16. Withdrawal requests will be processed and fulfilled no sooner than 72 hours succeeding a deposit in the customer’s account. This includes internal transfers and any record of a payment that increases the customer's bankroll.
  17. Bitcoin uses peer-to-peer technology to operate with no central authority or banks and is carried out collectively by the network.
  18. The Bitcoin price will be considered according to PremiumTradings rate. If you do not initiate a payment during this time, the Bitcoin exchange rate may change and will be with updated price.
  19. Once you initiate a Bitcoin transaction, you cannot cancel it. This is inherent in the nature of the Bitcoin usage.
  20. Once a Bitcoin transaction is submitted by PremiumTradings, it will be unconfirmed for a period of time (usually few minutes, but sometimes longer). A transaction is not complete until it is fully verified.
  21. Any Bitcoins deposited into your PremiumTradings account will be converted into betting account currency according to Premiumtradings current rate. PremiumTradings do not provide accounts in Bitcoin currency.
  22. Each transaction of customers’ funds which takes place in an initial currency different from EUR and then needs to be converted to EUR or another type of currency, will go through a currency conversion based on the daily exchange rate of the EUR.

5. Broker bet, Brokerage and Betting tools                                                                                                    

1. PremiumTradings accept Brokerage bets through Broker bet/Skype chats only 

2. PremiumTradings offers Early Betting/Early market. Limits and max bets tend to be lower during this period, so a certain spread is required to run the bet and get a good return (price comparison with IBC/SBO/Pinnacle before giving the spread will be useful)

3. PremiumTradings offers In-Running/Live market. To avoid any unnecessary delays due the rapid odd movements, customers are required to provide the following information: a league/average price/max desired amount.

4. PremiumTradings confirms each bet to the customers. No bet is deemed as placed unless confirmed by PremiumTradings on the Broker bet tool/Skype chat.

5. PremiumTradings sends detailed reports for the previous day activity, accompanied with an attached PDF file which contains full details of the placed bets. The bet settling date is counted as the brokerage activity day. Broker bet detailed activity reports are displayed live in the "Bet List" of the tool.

6. PremiumTradings reserves the right to cancel brokerage bets/Broker bets in case the bet was cancelled by the Outlet. Customer has the right to ask for proof of cancelling the bet by the outlet.

7. PremiumTradings is not responsible for any typing mistakes in ordering or confirmation.

8. By placing the first Broker bet/Skype bet, you deemed as instantly accepting the Broker bet, Brokerage and Betting tools Terms and Conditions

9. PremiumTradings is not responsible for any interruptions that may arise with placing your orders in our Tools.

10. PremiumTradings cannot reflect/solve/show/fix/pay any technical or betting problems that may arise between the software provider and the sportsbooks itself, which may lead to loss of customer funds.  The customer recognizes the fact that all data displayed in our Tools may be subject to time delay or may be inaccurate and placing orders based on such data is completely at the customer’s own risk. No warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of such data is provided by PremiumTradings, and Premiumtradings accepts no responsibility for any loss (direct or indirect) suffered by the customer as a result of activity based on it.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE AFFILIATE

  1. As an affiliate you are responsible for promoting Premium Tradings.com by implementing the advertising, banners and tracking URL's on your websites, e-mails or other communications.
  2. You will agree to register and maintain correct and truthful contact information with Premium Tradings.com.
  3. You will present only content and topics on your site which are pre-approved in writing by Premium Tradings.com. Content that is deemed unsuitable in our sole discretion will result in the affiliate agreement being terminated immediately.
  4. You will be solely responsible for the development, operation, and maintenance of your site and for all materials that appear on your site and at your own cost. Since we do not have control over your own site, we disclaim all liability for these matters. Furthermore, you will indemnify and hold us harmless from all claims, damages, and expenses (including, without limitation, attorney's fees) relating to the development, operation, maintenance and contents of your site. This provision on indemnification is without prejudice to our separate action or claim against you under applicable laws.

AFFILIATION GUIDELINES

  1. Only approved and properly tagged creative materials, supplied by us from time to time, may be used to promote Premium Tradings.com. Advertorials and personal endorsements are allowed but all materials not designed by us must be approved in writing; such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.
  2. You may not modify or use for any other purpose any IP rights, banners or other creative material supplied by us without the written prior consent. All copyright or IP rights notices on any material supplied or approved by us must remain and not be modified or eliminated.
  3. By agreeing to participate in the Affiliate Program, you are agreeing to download banners, text or promotional material and place it on your site, utilize it within e-mail, direct marketing using your affiliate URL or print. These methods are the only approved methods by which you may advertise PremiumTradings products and services.
  4. We will terminate this agreement immediately if there is any form of spamming on your behalf or if you discredit PremiumTradings through false advertising, written or uttered words.
  5. Any claims, representations, or warranties in connection with PremiumTradings are prohibited and are not bind to PremiumTradings or to any obligations.
  6. You will not knowingly benefit from known or suspected traffic not generated in good faith whether or not it actually causes PremiumTradings damage. Should fraudulent activity arise through a person directed to a site via your link, we retain the right to retract the commissions paid to you at any time. Our decision in this regard will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. We reserve the right to retain all amounts due to you under this Agreement if we have reasonable cause to believe that such traffic has been caused with your knowledge. Even if you have not knowingly generated such traffic, we reserve the right to withhold affiliate commissions with respect to such.
  7. Affiliates are prohibited from playing at any of the sportsbooks promoted by us through their own affiliate link or from the affiliate link of an associate who shares all or part of the commission with the affiliate or a third party. This includes any individuals or playing groups from which an affiliate receives compensation or remuneration from any kind. In an event of violation of this section, PremiumTradings and the respective website that has been played with have the right to void all play and eliminate any earned commissions applicable from such play and eliminate the affiliate from our Affiliate Program terminating this Agreement.

AFFILIATES

  1. You are only responsible for directing customers to the PremiumTradings.com website.
  2. Only properly tagged customers can be assigned to an affiliate. Should an affiliate tag be improperly inserted into the affiliate site or not properly received by our web server, the resulting customer registration and transactions will not be assigned to the affiliate. Therefore it is the responsibility of the affiliate to ensure that all links are properly tagged.

AFFILIATES PAYMENT

  1. PremiumTradings will pay out commissions, as defined by Premium Tradings.com Affiliate Program commission structure on the affiliates page, provided that you maintain in your account as an affiliate, at least five (5) different active wagering members in any given calendar month.
  2. Active wagering members refer to customers that reach a minimum average wagering turnover equivalent to one hundred EURO/Dollar/GBP each, per month.
  3. You are entitled to one pay-out per month, providing you have fulfilled the above Customer requirement at the end of the preceding month.
  4. Pay-out requests for any calendar month’s referral commissions may be made anytime from the start of the second day of the following calendar month. Payment will be issued if it meets the minimum requirements of 100€. There is no maximum limit.

Affiliates commission payments may be requested to one of the followings:

  1. To one of your Premium Trading’s accounts
  2. Skrill account
  3. Neteller account
  4. Bank wire (over 500 €)
  5. Be our partner
  6. By accepting those terms and conditions, you agree to became our partner, and to place bets for PremiumTradings.
  7. On such partnership based model, for every winning bet you will receive certain percent of the bet revenue (as mutual agreed), while in a case of loss PremiumTradings will pay you the bet staked amount, minus your share percent.
  8. Unless agreed otherwise, confirmation of the bets will be done via our traders in Skype.
  9. It is the Partner’s responsibility to hold enough funds in bookmakers so he can place the bets, which PremiumTradings will give him.
  10. Settlements between PremiumTradings and the partner should be carried regardless to the transactions between the bookmaker and the Partner.
  11. Settlements of the bets would be done weekly or daily, based on mutual agreement.
  12. The Partner doesn’t shall keep the information regarding the matches confidential without disclosing it to any third party unless approved by PremiumTradings.
